Can I send to someone who doesn't have LibertyPay?

Yes. It's a great way to get cash to family or friends in another state. They only need a phone.

1. Tap Send and enter their phone number.
2. Enter the amount.
3. Tap Send verification code. We text them a 6-digit code. Ask them for it and type it in.
4. Choose how fast they can pick up the cash, then confirm.

They get a text right away with a link to pick up cash at a nearby ReadyCode ATM, or to join LibertyPay and claim the full amount.
