Customers can use LibertyPay to send money to friends, family, or other recipients, and the service may also support the purchase of digital assets. LibertyPay operates as a closed-loop, limited-purpose payment platform and does not provide checking, savings, deposit, or other traditional banking services.
Before each transaction, applicable fees and exchange-rate costs are disclosed to the customer. Customers should review all transaction details carefully before confirming, because confirmed transactions cannot be canceled. LibertyPay may also decline or cancel an order or transaction at its discretion.
Refunds are generally not provided after a transaction is confirmed, except in limited cases. A refund may be available if LibertyPay does not complete or forward the transaction within 10 days after receiving the funds, or if the designated recipient rejects the funds. Any refund related to an incomplete transaction must be collected within one year after notification of availability.
